I was frantic after a 3 hour drive. my daughter who is ill needed to rest, and was skating at 8:30 pm at Wings Event Center. Rachel although new, was so kind to us and worked with housekeeping to get us into our room early. Rachel made extraordinary efforts to be sure our stay was perfect.

Pool area was decent, a bit cold though, not as enjoyable as the Delta pool area up in GRand Rapids many many years ago.

The property itself was easy to find, and my arrival was on a very dark night with a steady downpour of rain. It’s back away from the main road enough that the room was still quiet. The facilities were clean, the room was pleasant, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and check-in/out process was quick. Overall a delightful experience.

This hotel was great. With a family friendly environment. The pool was very nicely located right off the lobby. Nice hotel rooms that held up to my standers. Little pricy but worth every bit. Would recommend to anyone.
